Often you do not have what you want simply because you have not yet made a decision to get it.
Make a decision today, and be very specific. e.g. "I have decided that I will not smoke any more, no matter what". Or, I have decided to double my income in one year, no matter what. Or, I have decided I would spend at least 3 hrs daily with my family, no matter what.
Make a firm decision and speak it out loud to yourself with conviction and sincerity. Speaking it out loud forces you to overcome your internal resistance and commit yourself to the decision. It forces you to come out of your comfort zone and actually make the efforts to get what you want to have.
Treat your decision with respect. Repeat it to yourself regularly. Tell others about your decision. Print it out and pin it up where you can see it often. Do what is required to keep your decision fresh and alive in your mind. This is the first step to making your dreams come true.

Hi Aseem,
It was nice reading your bogs. I really liked the way you have written about relying on your sub-conscious mind and taking the first big step towards success. One thing I would like to add about making the decision is that it is easier said than done. Most of us make a lot of decisions and take the first step towards complying with the decision made, but what is important is sticking to ones subconscious mind or rather to one's belief that even though situations are not allowing you, you still stick to it and never lose your true conscience.
Overall it was good reading and quite inspirational.
Thanks,
Anu
Hi Anu,
Thanks for the positive feedback. I completly agree with you. This is the reason why "no matter what", is an important part of your decision statement. There will be ups and downs, and you will pass through phases where nothing seems to work out. At these times its your beliefs and your decisions that carry you forward.
Regards
Aseem
